With 25 years’ experience in account management, coaching and consulting, Carolyn brings a wealth of perspective and skill to cultivate committed, coordinated action and accelerate important business results. Carolyn loves challenges that require a concoction of complex human relationships, unbridled creativity, and financial or system constraint. Carolyn was certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach by The Coaches Training Institute in 2002. She is a certified practitioner in Hogan Assessments, the Conflict Dynamics Profile, the ECHO Listening Profile, and the Decision Styles Assessment.

Carolyn believes companies are faced with a false choice: efficiency and profits or messiness and meaningful connection. A classical violinist with orchestral music in her bones, Carolyn draws on her experience of individually gifted artists collaborating in ensemble to produce harmonic results.

Carolyn strives to live usefully and cultivate connection with others. She loves to be in the wilds with family and friends, to cook delicious food, and to enjoy a good laugh at a bad joke.
