Jim’s passion is to help leaders close the gap between what they are deeply committed to and what they can currently accomplish. He believes that there is a design to great achievement and great satisfaction and that with 30+ years of leading, coaching and studying over 10,000 execs he has something powerful to offer to help passionate leaders get more of both.
Jim is committed to the idea that there is brilliance to be unleashed…that it’s not a matter of working harder (we’ve already tried that!), but more a matter of understanding innate strengths and matching that with a deeper understanding of the design of great accomplishment. And with that accomplishment can come a sense of joy and a true, human return on that investment of our lives.
Jim has worked with companies of all sizes in leadership, performance improvement, team dynamics, strategic planning, and interpersonal relationships.
Jim has coached over 100 CEOs and worked with thousands of senior executives of businesses such as Coca-Cola, The Nature Conservancy, Hewlett-Packard, BP, Johnson & Johnson, Honeywell, Humana, Lockheed Martin, Lloyds Banking Group, Royal Sun Alliance, Zurich Insurance, Mercedes Benz, AT&T, U.S. Cellular, Citi, Maersk, CH2M Hill, and Cisco to improve their ability to develop and execute on their strategic plans, improve their leadership and the performance of their people, and accomplish their aggressive goals.
Jim currently serves on boards of directors of four corporations, affording him the opportunity to develop strategy and make decisions at the highest levels.
