Ron has served in executive leadership positions in high-tech companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies and has extensive experience in healthcare, professional services, and international relief organizations. His wide-ranging experience in organizational effectiveness has impacted both individuals and organizations around the world in Asia, Europe, North and South America.

Ron is passionate about growing and developing organizations of engaged leaders who bring the best of who they are to achieve results and leave legacies of profound impact. His certification as a Coach with the International Coaching Federation, has helped him guide thousands of executives and leaders to engage with their people in ways that promote their skills and talents in achieving unprecedented business results as well as increased personal fulfillment.

Ron’s deep understanding of human capital systems design, cultural integration, change management, leadership and team development has allowed him to excel at diagnosing root causes of organizational performance issues and provide practical solutions to business challenges that enhance organizational and team performance.

Ron believes one of the major challenges organizations are facing today is that most leaders have unwittingly defined what it means to successfully influence as “getting people to agree with my point of view – at any means possible,” leaving employees feeling coerced vs. committed. Ron sees effective influence as occurring when leaders are not relying on their authority or position power to influence and get work done but instead relying on deep listening to align with people as a means of launching valuable relationships and self-managed networks of engaged employees.

Ron earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Leadership from Azusa Pacific University and holds the following certifications: Coach - International Coaching Federation, MBTI, ProD Style Inventory, HOGAN, Transition Management, Behavioral Interviewing, The Organizational Workshop, Managing Personal Growth, and International Debriefing and Renewal.
