Dugald brings many years of practical, hands on leadership and management experience to his work in leadership and management consulting, coaching and facilitating. He is passionate and enthusiastic about helping to unlock the potential in individuals, teams and organisations. He brings enthusiasm, energy, a fresh perspective and a warm sense of humour to his work and loves to inject inspiration to those with whom he connects.

Dugald is an accomplished consultant and facilitator, drawing on his years as a senior leader in the finance sector to bring practical approaches to each engagement. He has delivered programs for thousands of satisfied participants, specialising in the design and facilitation of workshops, team days and coaching programs tailored to suit the needs of each client.

Dugald coaches at all levels, from Team Leaders and Frontline staff through to Senior Executives, and enjoys the challenge of working with high-flyers through to poor performers. He is an Associate Certified Coach of the International Coaching Federation.

A skilled speaker, Dugald also delivers keynotes designed to inspire, engage and uplift.
