Chris Rubick is a focused and experienced organizational psychologist who has devoted his education and career to people and organization development. He believes deeply that culture and leadership are the keys for an organization to be purpose driven and achieve strategic objectives. Chris is passionate about designing and facilitating processes that cause people to be heard, to belong and to be at their best, contributing and adding value.
Whether being in front of room facilitating or accelerating value through partnering with you to design organizational development plans, Chris maintains his equilibrium and relaxed manner, from the CEO through all levels of the organization. Chris’s experience spans coaching, facilitating, designing team interventions and workshops, designing leadership programs for an entire business to the broader strategic planning of people and culture development.
Immediately prior to consulting, Chris held senior positions at Australia Post in Culture and Leadership Development. Chris was responsible for the development of leadership and culture development across the complexity of Australian postal services at a time of massive change. His experience extends to HR/IR where he has been highly successful in managing union negotiations for Enterprise Bargaining. In his spare time, he has successfully coached back-to-back premierships in the Victorian Amateur Football Association.
Over the course of his career, Chris has worked with leaders & teams at all levels, from manufacturing to sales to corporate services. Chris’ roles have seen him working nationally as well as serving the Victorian community; he has also lived and worked across Asia, learning along the way about the richness of diversity and the importance of curiosity and cultural respect.
Chris holds a Master of Organisational Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Commerce. His research has ranged from exploring why athletes ‘choke under pressure’ to how organizations can build cultures that deliver discretionary effort and high performance.
