Emma’s passion is client work. She believes wholeheartedly in the Conversant mission and strives to use her unique talents as ways to unlock greater collaboration. Emma is currently pursuing a master’s in Organizational Leadership at the University of Colorado at Boulder as a way to further her connection with the world of leadership.
Some of Emma’s best lessons have come from her time as the manager of a dog daycare (sometimes a good walk is all it takes to get a fresh perspective!) and her stint moonlighting as a high school English teacher (every experience is an opportunity to learn!). She combines a meticulous attention to detail with deep empathy and open curiosity.
Over her time with Conversant, Emma has worked with many companies: McDonald’s, Franklin Templeton Investments, The Nature Conservancy, Dairy Farmers of America, and KIPP Public Schools, to name a few. A common challenge many of Emma’s clients face is the need to build bridges, whether they’re fording gaps in generations, cultures, communication styles, or something else entirely.
Emma lives in the belief that it is possible to find intersection with anyone given compassion, enough time, and the desire to do so.
