Gretchen has dedicated her career to collaborating with leaders to solve strategic issues in a way that brings about sustainable change and enhanced organizational performance. Gretchen brings the unique value of both her three-decade management consulting career and her recognized academic expertise in leadership, communication, organization agility, culture, ethics and strategy to her work. Her clients include General Motors, Procter & Gamble, Intel, NiSource, WSP and Dominion Energy.
In addition to her consulting work, Gretchen has designed and delivered post-graduate courses in both the US and Australia on team performance, leading people and change, thought leadership, evidence-based management, strategic HR and ethics.
Gretchen is also a recognized expert in the engineering and construction industries, consulting to both “owners” to support the cost-effective planning, design, and construction of capital assets, and consulting to contractors, engineering firms, and material and equipment suppliers on how to effectively serve these clients and achieve organizational success.
Gretchen holds a Ph.D. in Organization Learning, Performance and Change from Colorado State University, a Masters of Nonprofit Management from Regis University, an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
Gretchen is an avid golfer and enjoys the adventure of traveling the world.
