Roger brings a unique mix of experiences to his work at Conversant that include engineering, and talent development, as well as adult learning in the ski industry as a ski instructor and trainer. His engineering experience was gained in the aerospace industry as a software engineer and test engineer, including many years as an engineering manager. His talent development roles included both executive coaching as well as directing talent development in the manufacturing industry.  

He is passionate about transformation of ourselves to improve our leadership, fostering what we each naturally have to contribute. Roger’s work primarily includes one to one executive coaching, development of leadership teams, as well as larger scale organization and cultural development.  

While modern work trends and technology have many advantages, it is clear that these change have put human connection and continuous learning in the “back seat”, thus raising the importance of actively learning how to learn (and unlearn) as well as practice principles of how to connect and work with each other.  

Living in the Boulder foothills, he is a husband and parent of twin boys, and is a long-time ski instructor and trainer within Vail Resorts and POWDR organizations.
