Emerging Leader establishes the foundational skills and mindset of Connected Leadership. This foundational program supports first time leaders, those getting ready for the role, or even leaders who want to reinvent their skills. You can join an on-going program session offered throughout the year, or we can create a custom program for your company and team.

The Purposeful Leader

Purposeful Leader provides more seasoned leaders the knowledge, skills and credibility to lead in the absence of authority and across boundaries. This growth program supports individuals who are experiencing less optimal results from their leadership or stepping into a larger, more complex leadership role and want to expand their cross functional influence. Participants typically have at least five years of experience leading people, and similar to Emerging Leader, can join an on-going program session or request a custom program.

Purposeful Leader

CII: The Connected Leader

Connected Leader: Credibility, Influence, and Impact (CII) develops reliable, lifelong practices and behaviors for mastering human connection and being a connected leader. This multi-part leadership development immersion includes retreat-style conferences in nature, with peer group and 1:1 executive coaching. The program creates a unique learning environment for senior leaders to improve the value of their leadership, reduce stress and increase organizational results.

CII changed my entire field of vision, providing me with an invaluable foundation to support my team in building connection and partnership with each other, and better collaboration in solving much larger, more complex problems. This program helped us achieve a much greater impact for our mission.

CEO Dialogue

CEO Dialogue is an 18-month fully customized, world-class experience in executive development. The program supports C-suite executives with a need for executive development, talent assessment or succession planning. This is a highly customized program created directly alongside the CEO, with support by external thought leaders. The program includes peer learning, ELT mentoring and immersive experiences with other leading organizations.
