Conversant designed a practical and impactful leadership development program for newly promoted managers at Empiricus, focused on building confidence and effectiveness in their new roles. Grounded in real-world application, the program centered on three essential leadership conversations: creating alignment and connection, delegating with clarity and accountability, and delivering feedback that drives learning and results. Participants gained not only actionable tools but also a deeper understanding of themselves as leaders, strengthening their ability to lead with authenticity, presence, and influence.
