With over 30 years' experience as a business developer, Sales Manager/Coach/Trainer, and Business Coach, Bill brings a unique approach to helping teams achieve their highest and most gratifying Business Development results: there is no such thing as selling, only buying.  Bill has partnered with hundreds of clients in a vast array of industries to help realign their business development processes, culture, and people to be about the buyer first and their human experience. In that, he’s helped free people in business development from having to put on the “salesperson” uniform and do their good work in a way that is totally authentic to buyer circumstances while remaining authentic to themselves.  The result is a richer and more connected conversation, void of protection and tension, a process aligned to serve, and higher results for all.  When Bill isn’t working with Sales Teams and Sales Managers, he can be found playing his guitar, writing songs, going to concerts, or reading a good book, or up on a stage near you.
