With a background in communication, writing, and music technology, Guy approaches his work at Conversant with deep care for the way we work together, the words we use, and how tech can best facilitate our connections. His experience in project management, hospitality, independent theater, live audio, and creative writing have lent him skills in training and leading others, working collaboratively, and creative thinking. He is most excited by work with clients who are eager to learn more about themselves and take on the challenging work of confronting past mistakes and building systems for better work in the future. He believes that we are headed into a deeply uncertain and tumultuous future, and the leaders who listen closely and care deeply about those around them will be the ones to preserve the human spirit in the working world. Outside work, Guy dedicates his time to writing speculative fiction and playing and designing tabletop roleplaying games.
