Paul is an executive coach and leadership development facilitator who has worked in numerous industries, multinationals, government agencies, schools, and local communities in more than 50 countries on five continents. He has worked in the context of Conversant with energy, banking, and FMCG clients on safety, customer focus, and negotiation. Current clients are Deloitte, Bupa, ExxonMobil, Sage, Carnival, KornFerry, and Accenture.

He coaches and facilitates workshops mainly in English but his knowledge of German, French, Portuguese, and Dutch helps him to work in many environments. He holds an INSEAD MBA. He serves as a mentor of young entrepreneurs, as a delivery driver at the Foodbank, and loves spending time with his large family.
