Cracking the code on how to produce more with less time, money and stress

When people are surprised by their own accomplishments, energy and vitality go up. By designing surprising achievement into our project roadmaps, this element of surprise isn’t just a happy accident, but something we can cause and leverage for greater efficiency, progress, and joy.

In this episode, Mickey Connolly and Robin Anselmi share the four things that are most critical in the design of Surprising Results:

  1. Identifying the problem. Take on a question that we don’t yet have the answer to that’s difficult or, perhaps, seems impossible.
  2. What larger issue does that problem sit inside of?
  3. Get the system in the conversation and involve diverse points of view.
  4. Designing the cycles of achievement.
