John brings twenty years of experience in business operations that grew out of an educational background in psychology, Buddhist ethics, and business. As Head of Operations, John’s goal is to make things run well. When things run well, people are happy, and when people are happy, they flourish. Structures, processes, and policies are, at their best, mechanisms designed to allow people within systems to thrive as individuals while the company, itself, thrives as a whole. At Conversant, John keeps a strategic eye on identifying, implementing, updating, and overseeing structures to support responsible business growth and planning that advance the company’s vision and promises. Outside of work, John continues to think about work.  Otherwise, he enjoys hiking, trips to the mountains, listening to political podcasts, and enjoying casual evenings with his wife Lee and their friends.
