Program Overview

Lead Without Authority. Let Purpose Be the Boss for Yourself and the People You Work With.

You’re accountable for results that depend on people outside your reporting line. The work now requires more than expertise or direction. You need to listen, align, and engage people before effective action can take place. You may be stepping into a bigger role where your influence has to expand.

When leadership depends on your ability to bring people together around what matters, you need a different set of practices.

Purposeful Leader is a leadership development program designed to help accomplished leaders lead in these moments and expand their ability to lead through shared purpose, especially when authority alone is not enough. The primary skills acquired are Listening to Learn, Emotional Agility, hosting Purpose-Driven Conversations, and Feedback.

Whether you’re navigating cross-functional teams, leading strategic initiatives, or influencing stakeholders across your organization, across your organization, we will define, explore, and practice these skills with direct application to your current leadership objective and challenges, tapping into your unique leadership strengths.
