Michael Weslosky

Project Manager

Michael found his calling to Project Management early on in his life – the over-achieving student who loved group projects by day, the marching band’s trumpet section leader by afternoon, and the strategy game master by night.

Michael has gained a wealth of experience since then to support him in his goal to be a life-long learner. After receiving his degree in Education and serving as a teacher, Michael thrived in various Operations & Project Manager roles that have allowed him to manage teams, lead educational workshops, and deliver presentations at multiple conferences in team dynamics, DEI, and risk management.

The Conversant team greatly enjoyed getting to know Michael over the past two years through his capacity at Industrious, where he served as Operations and Experience Manager. His top-notch service, clear and timely communication, and attention-to-detail afforded us—as his customers—the ideal experience that we, in turn, try to deliver to our clients. We couldn’t be more excited to have him on our team.

When he is not looking for the newest productivity app or crafting ideas for his future self, Michael enjoys skydiving, hang gliding, scuba diving, and rock climbing – the simpler things. He volunteers his time mentoring at CU’s Leeds School of Business, leads trips with an outdoor guiding company, and even performs music as a trumpet player with the Flatirons Community Orchestra.
