Robin Anselmi

Robin has a love of design that began with her early career in engineering, manufacturing, and financial services. She brings her practicality and process orientation to finding collaborative solutions with our clients. Robin loves helping individuals and organizations turn their strategies into stories that motivate and engage a workforce. And she is passionate about helping leaders to close the gap between where they currently are and their best intentions.

Robin is dedicated to changing the notion that communication and collaboration are ‘soft skills’. She is a strong advocate for connection (even love!) as the most powerful skill of leaders who want to see real and long-lasting business results. Robin has worked extensively with clients in financial services, healthcare, and technology. The challenge that she sees every day with these clients is that their ability to create amazing and inspiring results is correlated to how well connected they are to what matters most to their employees and customers. She loves to design and facilitate conversations, meetings, training programs, and other experiences that will help clients accelerate their results. She is one of the leaders for our cornerstone program, Credibility, Influence, and Impact.

Robin’s favorite quote is by Emile Zola “If you ask me what I have come to do in this world, I will tell you I have come to live out loud.” When she’s not working, you’ll find her with her family, enjoying live music, food, wine, and travel – with some occasional hiking, exercise and yoga thrown in.
