His experience in the aerospace industry an engineering manager makes him thorough, detail oriented, and a critical thinker with a systems perspective. His senior leadership roles in organization development, talent development and adult education allow him to deeply connect while standing on principles of human interaction and development.
Focusing on presence and self-awareness as a source of value, Roger works with leaders and their teams to align their personal purposes and actions with their endeavors. In addition to his history of working at Ball Aerospace and Ball Corporation, he has consulted with and coached leaders from Citizens Bank, The Nature Conservancy, Cisco, and Discover, helping them realize their unique potential while achieving surprising and sustainable results.
Roger’s purposes of learning and finding meaning show up in his variety of roles. Living in the Boulder foothills, he is husband and parent of twin boys, a board member of the Grief Support Network non-profit, and as a long-time ski instructor and trainer within Vail Resorts.
