When people produce valuable results beyond their own expectations, there is widespread, energizing delight. If those cycles are short, valuable, and repetitive, great performance improves exponentially.
Conversant colleagues Robin Anselmi and Mickey Connolly were joined by Jim Reinhart, CEO of Ygrene, to discuss how designing cycles of surprising achievement into our roadmaps for solving big problems and achieving big goals produces more with less time, money and stress.
Jim is currently the CEO of Ygrene, a company that “offers alternative ways to finance energy-efficient and renewable energy upgrades for residential and commercial properties.” Jim shares stories of how his team uses this lens of Surprising Results to discover new, more efficient, and innovative ways of accomplishing their goals, as well as an example from his time at Capital One.
