Emma Rose has a diverse background in B2B marketing and sales, psychology, hospitality, and mental health and wellness. She is deeply passionate about what makes us human and the ways we connect, and has spent time studying cultural diversity, comparative religion, and sociopolitical dynamics. She is constantly curious, eager to hear and learn from others’ stories and the contribution they would love to make. She lives with a wholehearted belief that there is magic in community, and works to share that magic with others.
Emma Rose also believes that in leadership and the rest of life authenticity speaks volumes, and that collaboration unlocks surprising, fun, creative new ways of accomplishing our most important goals. She co-hosts Conversant’s podcast, On Connection, taking on topics relating to organizational life, leadership, and how our quality of connection influences our ability to perform and feel personally fulfilled at work.
Emma Rose has a bachelors degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder and studied Core Energetics (a body-oriented psychotherapy) at their institute in New York City. She currently lives in Arvada, CO with her cockapoo Archie and spends most of her time outside of work with her Crossfit community, reading a good fiction book, and trying new recipes in her kitchen.
